Tim Hill

The Ruttger’s we know wouldn’t be the same without Tim. Tim is an incredible asset to our team and we’re lucky he has chosen to work at Ruttger’s for so many years in multiple roles! One of the first things you notice about Tim is his friendly and good-natured personality. A professional in every manner, he’s always ready to lend a helping hand and never says any job isn’t his. For instance, when the docks weren’t in at one of the cabins, he immediately dropped what he was doing to make sure the job was done and guest needs were taken care of.

Any job he’s tasked with you know it will get done. Tim’s latest project was remodeling the White Oak Grill. With his skilled carpentry work and inspired design vision, the White Oak Grill turned out amazingly! Tim is a pleasure to work with and for his talent and hard work ethic, Tim so deserves Employee of the Month! Though Tim might have been just as content if we gave him two of his favorite treats, Busch Lite and Hostess cupcakes! Thank you Tim for all you bring to the Ruttger’s team!
