Join us for a Caribbean Seafood Paella Cookout, 5–8pm. This Paella dish is served in a hollowed pineapple filled with rice, Andouille sausage, peel & eat shrimp, sautéed vegetables, Prince Edward Island Mussels, pineapple, and topped with a Jamaican Jerk chicken thigh skewer.

Enjoy music by Bruce Archer 6–8 p on the deck followed by The Bay Lake Improvement Association (BLIA) fireworks, which shoot off right in front of Ruttger’s at 10pm.
