CONGRATULATIONS to our June Employee of the Month, Kay Gaudette!

When you step into Ann’s Bay Lake Boutique, you’ll immediately be greeted by the warm smile of Kay, Ann’s Bay Lake Boutique Supervisor. Kay started her Ruttger’s journey on May 30th, 1981, meaning this year we’re celebrating Kay’s 40th year of excellent customer service! Kay always goes above and beyond and takes the time to ensure every customer feels special. For instance, Kay will always take an extra moment to masterfully and artfully wrap beautiful packages for customers.

Kay’s never too busy to help a guest and happily works the majority of weekends because that’s when she gets the chance to help and connect with the most customers! And for the last 35 years, Kay has assisted with the craft show at Oktoberfest, helping hand-select crafters and making sure the event runs flawlessly. Kay is an indispensable member of the Ruttger’s family, so deserving of the Employee of the Month award and truly so much more!
