Martha McGowen

We are introducing a new Employee of the Month program at Ruttger’s in 2021 and our first recipient for the month of April is Dining Room Manager Martha McGowan.

Martha is the perfect person to honor with this award, as she exemplifies the characteristics it was intended to recognize. Dedication, passion, commitment, and guest focus are just a few of the attributes that Martha brings to her role at Ruttger’s.

In the month of April, she organized and lead the team that cleaned and restored the logs in Ruby’s dining room, interviewed and hired an outstanding team for the summer season, and created and carried out a very thorough training program for the new staff. Martha’s enthusiasm and can do attitude is a joy to be around-both for guests and co-workers. All of us at Ruttger’s are fortunate to have Martha on our team and she is very deserving of the award.
