A meeting room for the size of your group, in a classroom set (if not specified) per our capacity chart is included in your FAP packages. Additional meeting/break-out rooms may be used for a specified rental fee. Please note: if your group will require more than one room set during your meeting at Ruttger’s, additional set-up fees will be added to your conference charges. Additional fees are based on half the regular meeting room rental rates.
