Wine is the most popular alcoholic beverage that is served with a group banquet dinner.  It is wise to plan on ½ bottle of wine per person.

When hosting an outdoor event in the summer time, it is best to plan on serving more white wine than red.  Most people will drink white wine as a thirst quencher.  A good rule of thumb would be to request 2 red bottles and 8 white bottles of wine for every 10 ordered.

If you would like to have a wine low in alcohol request a German Riesling.  Al Satian Rieslings are a little bit higher and California Rieslings have the highest alcohol content.

When adding a dance floor to your event, plan on 10’ square feet per couple.
